教育部體育署「國際體育事務人才培訓營(iSATC) 」將在今年11月27日「2022國際及兩岸交流暨人才培育成果分享會」舉行授證儀式，並回顧一年來國際體育事務的精彩重點，黃渼茜選手現身分享參與本活動的收穫。

體育署表示，計畫委託中華奧會執行已邁入第12年，今年度透過課程、研習營、講座、交流會、工作坊及實習等多面向執行，因應國際趨勢發展和各界需求，不斷創新改變、厚植人才實力、累積實務經驗，打造全面多元的發展模式。今年培訓營擴大邀請其他國家奧會及體育組織超過百位外籍學員透過網路，線上參與課程共襄盛舉，展現我國人才培育多元參與交互學習的成果。

923MHz 3dBi Omnidirectional Outdoor Antenna (AS923)

A Lora OA-923M03-NF antenna works at frequencies ranging from 917MHz to 928MHz and also has a 3dbi gain.

體育署提到，今年度共計119人取得結訓資格，包括2016仁川亞運游泳國手黃玟綺、臺灣第一位跆拳道大滿貫賽選手楊宗燁、世運會定向越野國手劉承勛、「泳」闖東京奧運的黃渼茜、多次征戰帆船國際賽的好手馮程羚及跆拳道品勢團隊「翻譯機」李映萱等多位優秀年輕運動選手，再次成功展現本計畫匯聚人才，全方位培育國際體育事務人才的目標。

體育署國際及兩岸運動組楊莒妤副組長表示，未來將持續朝向有效應用並強化現有人才運用機制努力，以今年結訓授證代表黃渼茜小姐及楊宗燁先生為例，憑藉長年累積征戰國際賽場的經驗，加上透過計畫課程、專題、實務分享交流等培訓，持續回訓交流分享觀念新知，成功散播國際體育事務種子的典範。
